Hi, I need some help with Flash. It seems like a very simple thing, but I've spent so much time trying to figure this out. All I am trying to do is to be able to click on a thumbnail image which I converted to a button and have it opened full size, in a pop-up window and have it be centered in the middle of the screen. I need to know what code I should put in the action tab. I've tried everything, looked at all tutorials, but it does not seem to be working. Please help

i'm new to flash design and i need to know how to put everything on just one layer so that it only shows up on the page i want it to. what is the primary function of a layer? why do some of my texts show up on every page when i only want it to show up on one? if you know the answer to this question--you are very rare, and smart--so please lend me a helping hand.

and if you know of any good tutorials out there that deal with what i am needing help in, i would really appreciate it if you posted the link in your answer.

i'm completely stuck and i need help!!!
