How do you make “Stick Figure” animation with Flash MX, and if you know any good tutorials what are they?

I just got Flash MX Pro (Whatever the latest one is) and I want to know how to make those really good animations like the ones on sites like stickdeath.com or flashplayer.com. If you could just tell me how, that would be very helpfull. If you know any tutorials please tell me. Thanx
